  • All charges will be clearly communicated before proceeding with additional work.
  • Payments must be made according to the agreed invoice or quotation terms.

3. Appointments & Access

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate contact and location information
  • Ensuring safe and timely access to the property
  • Informing us about any site conditions or restrictions before service begins

Delays caused by restricted access or incorrect information may affect service timing.

4. Payments

  • Payments may be accepted via cash, bank transfer, or other approved methods.
  • Full or partial advance payment may be required for certain projects or material purchases.
  • Outstanding payments must be cleared within the agreed payment period.

Failure to make payment may result in service suspension or additional charges.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Customers should inform us as early as possible for appointment cancellations or changes.
  • Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect future booking availability.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather, emergencies, or operational reasons.

6. Warranty & Service Responsibility

We aim to provide professional and high-quality workmanship. Any service warranty, if applicable, will be communicated separately depending on the type of work performed.

The Company is not responsible for:

  • Existing hidden defects or pre-existing issues
  • Damage caused by misuse, third-party work, or lack of maintenance
  • Delays caused by factors beyond our control
